About Danica Mckellar: American actress Danica McKellar was born on January 3, 1975, in LaJolla, Calif. She moved to Los Angeles when she was 8 and in 1988, at the age of 12, she had her breakthrough role as Winnie Cooper in the coming-of-age drama "The Wonder Years." After the series ended, Danica graduated Summa cum Laude from UCLA with a degree in Mathematics and even proved a new math theorem that now bears her name, (The Chayes-McKellar-Winn Theorem.) She returned to TV in 2002 in a recurring role of Elsie Snuffin in NBC |
